YABUN Festival 2025 - 26 January #Survival Day. There was a huge lineup for this year’s Yabun Festival, the day started with the long march to Victoria Park in Sydney, and showcased on the Corroboree Ground the ever enigmatic Mui Mui Bumer Gedlam, the Torres Straight Islander performance group led by Toby Cedar, which then led the day into a plethora of colourful indigenous performers including the Canadian/American Indigenous Enterprise and Australian Larry Gurruwiwi and Malawurr on the main stage. The day was, as always, searing hot but the crowds poured in, craving and loving this special indigenous event.
